Please review our return policy below:

• All Plants Are Final Sale – Due to the nature of our products, all plant purchases
are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returns for In-Store Credit Only – Non-plant items may be returned for in-store
credit only within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition and
accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. We have the right to deny any return at our discretion.

• Final Sale Items – All personal items, sale, and clearance items are final sale and
not eligible for return or exchange.

• Gift Cards – Lost or stolen gift cards are not the responsibility of The Green Shelf LLC and cannot be replaced.
